Get Ready for CURO!
For requests starting November 1, 2026, providers will submit authorizations and notifications to Curo using ePRG.
Use Curo To: · Submit and manage authorizations with required documentation.
· Upload clinical records and supporting materials for review.
· Track authorization status and monitor request progress.
· Request authorization updates or corrections.
· Initiate and manage Peer-to-Peer (P2P) reviews.
· Receive all authorization notifications electronically, including approvals, requests for clinical information, P2P opportunities, and denials.
· Submit NOMIC/NOMNC documentation.
This update will not impact or change current processes for Texas ARU, SNF, and LTAC
As previously communicated, fax submissions for prior authorizations/notifications will be discontinued following implementation. Providers should update their workflows prior to November 1, 2026.
